We help M&A advisory firms find, source, and close more deals with entrepreneurs looking to sell their business.

Unlike other lead generation agencies that charge a fixed retainer (typically $1,500 to $3,000 per month) and can only scale by getting more clients similar to their existing ones, we take a different approach.

We partner with a select group of 3 to 7 clients at any given time, ensuring minimal overlap between them. This allows us to provide each client with unique leads that don’t get shared around.

We don’t charge any upfront fees or monthly retainers. Instead, our compensation is directly tied to your success. You only pay a flat fee of $450 per call with a qualified lead who shows up, plus 7% of the final success fee earned by you in case of a successful transaction. You also have the flexibility to reject leads that don't meet your criteria; in that case, you won’t owe us a penny.

We firmly believe that this win-win arrangement is the fairest way for us to be compensated for our hard work and the only one that eliminates most, if not all, of the potential conflicts of interest that may arise.

At ExitConnections, we prioritize regulatory compliance and uphold the highest standards of professionalism in all our services. Our operations are structured to exempt us from the requirement to register as a broker-dealer with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Our activities are confined to introducing business owners to service providers and/or potential acquirers, including M&A advisors, investment banks, private equity firms, and corporations. Importantly, we do not engage in negotiating or facilitating securities transactions on behalf of our clients. As such, we operate under the "finder’s exception" to broker-dealer registration requirements. This exception permits us to offer introductory services without broker-dealer registration, provided we comply with specific conditions, including not possessing the authority to bind parties to a transaction, not providing transaction financing, and not assisting in the formation of buyer groups.
